At Talwar Pharma, the Batch Review Process is a critical quality control checkpoint that ensures every product batch meets predefined standards before it is released.

Once production is completed, Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs) and Batch Packaging Records (BPRs) are collected and thoroughly reviewed by the Quality Assurance (QA) team. This includes checks on:

• Raw material usage and traceability

• Process parameters and in-process controls

• Equipment cleaning and usage logs

• Personnel records and compliance with SOPs

• Packaging integrity and labeling accuracy

The QA team verifies that all deviations, if any, are documented and addressed properly. Analytical testing reports from QC (assay, dissolution, uniformity, etc.) are also reviewed for compliance with product specifications.

Only after all documentation is verified, and the batch meets all regulatory and quality standards, the Batch Release Authorization is granted by QA. This ensures that only safe, effective, and compliant products reach the market.
